ABOUT US

OUR EDUCATORS

Every one of our educators is a trained professional with a deep passion for education. Many of our educators have specialized training in fine arts such as music, art and theater.

PHILOSOPHY AND GOALS

The seed of genius is in every child, and Mozart Montessori educational childcare center provides a Montessori-based environment that nurtures it.

Our teacher-guided, child-centered, interactive environment encourages your child to safely explore and learn. The open Montessori classroom and related Montessori materials foster successful, hands-on learning.

The setting we have created offers opportunities for children aged 2 1/2 to 6 to be involved in activities that form the foundation for a lifetime of successful learning. Every detail of the environment is designed to encourage the child to be fully engaged in their own education and development.

Our staff is trained and experienced in the Montessori Method. Our goal is for your child to receive a loving, well rounded education in a nurturing and developmentally sound classroom environment.

 OUR CLASSROOMS

Our school environment is dedicated to nurturing a child’s inherent curiosity by enabling children to explore and discover. Our classrooms and materials are designed to stimulate the child’s senses as well as to respond to the preschool child’s need for order within the world. In our carefully prepared environments children work independently, of their own intiative, developing concentration and self-discipline.

ADMISSIONS AND ENROLLMENT

The Mozart Montessori center offers enrollment to any toilet trained
child, between the ages of 2 1/2 and 6 years, and school-age children for before and after-school care, regardless of race, color, religion, sex or national origin. MM does not discriminate in enrollment and complies with ADA.

The Admissions procedure at MM is a two-fold process. It is designed to give parents an opportunity to learn about the school, its philosophy and policies, and to meet our faculty. It also gives us an opportunity to assess each child’s situation and determine whether we are able to meet the needs and expectations of the parents. Our goal is to enroll families who will both benefit from and contribute to the school community.

Spaces are limited and, of course, children enrolled on a full-time basis have preference. However, MM does offer a waiting list for applicants to the program if the classes are full when a space becomes available you will be notified.

There is a non-refundable $50 application and enrollment fee and a $25 registration fee. For more information and to enroll either come by the office or give us call 419.531.6303

Be sure to reserve a place for your little genius.
